In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain. Set aside. Use paper towels to remove excess bacon grease from the pan.
In the same skillet (with some bacon fat left), add sesame oil, chopped kimchi, soy sauce, and honey. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the kimchi is slightly caramelized and fragrant. Remove from heat.
